Pay $25.00 and schedule a one-time first violation appointment in our office.
Pay $55.00 and schedule second violation appointment in our office. You are required to report monthly to the DUI Program for the duration of your Interlock time and pay a monthly fee of $45.00.
Pay $60.00 and schedule third violation appointment in our office. You are required to report monthly to the DUI Program for the duration of your Interlock time and pay a monthly fee of $45.00. Further, you will be required to complete substance abuse treatment to have the Interlock device successfully removed from your vehicle.
NOTICE: All IID Violations are at the discretion of your Ignition Interlock vendor and the State of Florida, DHSMV. The DUI Program does not have the authority to designate, determine or remove violations. The DUI Program cannot advocate on your behalf. The DUI Program will notify the State of Florida, DHSMV of your compliance (or noncompliance) with the Ignition Interlock Violation process.
Ignition Interlock Violation fees are nonrefundable.
