1. Payment and Refund Policies Students enrolling in the Traffic School programs must prepay with a credit card or electronic check prior to taking the course. Program fees are non-refundable. Payment of enrollment fees does not guarantee successful completion of the course.

2. Privacy Statement Pride Integrated Services, Inc. will utilize student provided information for the purpose of tracking student progress and validating the student's identity. Other than to provide participation verification to the course provider, governmental agencies or authorized regulatory agencies, Pride will not disclose any information collected during the enrollment process. Student information will not be resold or disseminated to third parties.

3. Course Progress and Final Examination Students enrolling in the on-line traffic school programs will be required to complete an approved course of instruction that will ensure completion of all course requirements. The student's progress is tracked to ensure that students remain in the course for the fully required time of four hours. At times during participation students will be asked to provide responses to questions that have been included to ensure student identity. The student acknowledges that only they will be completing the course of instruction, related quizzes, security questions and the final exam. Students who attempt to fraud this course for the purpose of obtaining a certificate of completion to satisfy the requirements of the court may be prosecuted for perjury under Florida law and face a maximum penalty of $10,000 file and 10 years in prison.

4. Course Availability The course materials are designed to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, barring unforeseen circumstances related to connectivity, hosting or system issues. Students are encouraged to complete the units of instruction at their own pace by logging into the system as necessary to complete the full course of instruction. Logins and logouts are tracked to ensure the appropriate course sequence is followed and all components of course instruction are completed.
