We have convenient office locations and friendly staff to assist you with the process of enrolling and completing the DUI Program. Let’s get started.
How can I enroll? There are four options for enrollment.
DUI Enrollments On-Line: By choosing this option, you can begin the enrollment process and pay the enrollment fee on-line. You will still need to come to our office for the evaluation and classes, but enrolling on- line will eliminate the additional trip to the office. Just click the on-line enrollment button for the county where you live, work or attend school and get started.

DUI Enrollments by Phone: Simply call our office and speak with an Enrollment Officer. They will take necessary information for enrollment and will process your credit card payment by phone. You will be given an appointment time to come in for your evaluation and classes. It that easy!

DUI Enrollments by Mail: You can call our office and request an enrollment packet be sent to you or you can download the enrollment packet here. You will need to complete the forms and mail them in with you payment. Our enrollment staff will contact you and set a convenient appointment for your evaluation and classes.

DUI Enrollment by Walk in: You may choose to come directly to our office and enroll in person. If you choose to come to our offices, please give us a call and we will advise you of the enrollment fees and necessary documents to being for enrollment. It’s that easy!
